Meeting Room Reservations
St. Mark’s has limited meeting space available. The space is available to St. Mark’s Ministries/Groups, Community and Non-profit organizations, religious ceremonies, and organizations affiliated with St. Mark’s. Our Church Calendar can be used to check room availability and other events happening on any particular day. Please contact the office as soon as possible when you want to schedule a meeting or special event. This will assure you space that isn't being used by someone else.
Please read our Building Use Policy to ensure you understand the policies and pricing and if more information is needed stop by the church office. You can find the St. Mark's Building Use Policy HERE (revised July 15, 2019).
Your meeting or special event will be added to the Church Calendar once the form has been submitted. To ensure that your all meetings are added to the Church Calendar, please forward a copy of your ministries/groups schedule to firstname.lastname@example.org.
ALL USERS--Use of any room with alternative set-up is required to sumbit a diagram to email@example.com or mailed to/dropped off in the church office:
Outside Groups are responsible for their own setting up and cleaning up unless they have requested a custodian.
Outside Groups who have requested a custodian need to submit a diagram at least 3-5 weeks BEFORE the event.
Church event leaders must submit a diagram at least 3-5 weeks before the event AND have a volunteer crew for clean-up.
Application Forms are available in the Narthex, in the church office, and below.
All reservations must be made two weeks before your requested date and one month for fundraisers. These procedures apply to both St. Mark's and outside groups that use our building. Thank you for helping us implements these procedures.
